Welcome to Digikray, a digital marketplace connecting sellers and buyers across India. By accessing, browsing, registering, or using any part of our platform, you (“user,” “seller,” or “buyer”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Digikray and govern your use of all services, features, and functionalities available on our platform.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

2. All transactions are between independent sellers and buyers. Digikray shall not be held liable for any product quality issue, delay in delivery, pricing error, or warranty claim.
3. While we may assist in dispute resolution, the final responsibility for order fulfillment, returns, and refunds lies with the seller.
4. Digikray reserves the absolute right to delist, suspend, or ban any seller or product without prior notice in case of policy violations or user complaints.

4. Payments and Transactions

1. Payments for products purchased through the platform must be made via Digikray’s authorized payment gateways only.
2. Digikray reserves the right to hold, delay, or withhold payments to sellers in case of:
3. Order disputes, refund claims, or chargebacks;
4. Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions;

6. Transaction fees, commissions, and service charges are determined solely by Digikray and may be revised at any time without prior notice.

8. Any refund or replacement request will be processed as per Digikray’s official Return and Refund Policy, at the Company’s sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

1. All content on Digikray — including text, logos, icons, images, graphics, software, and trademarks — is owned or licensed by Digikray and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
2. Users may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or modify any part of the Platform without prior written permission from the Company.
3. Sellers grant Digikray a non-exclusive, royalty-free, global license to use, display, and promote their product listings and related materials for marketing and operational purposes.

6. Data and Privacy
