However, because we operate as a multi-vendor e-commerce platform, returns and refunds must follow specific rules to ensure fairness for both buyers and sellers — while protecting Digikray from misuse or fraudulent claims.

By placing an order on our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Return Policy

  1. All sales made through Digikray are final, except in cases specifically mentioned under this policy.
  2. Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following verified conditions:

  4. Defective or damaged product (during shipping)
  5. Product not as described (verified by Digikray)
  6. A return or refund request must be raised within 3 days of product delivery through your Digikray account or by contacting our support team.
  7. Any request made after the 3-day window will not be considered under any circumstances.
  8. The product must remain unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.

2. Products Not Eligible for Return

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene, safety, or custom production reasons. These include but are not limited to:

  1. Innerwear, lingerie, and personal care products
  2. Perishable goods (food, beverages, etc.)
  3. Custom-made, personalized, or altered items
  4. Digital products, downloadable content, or e-gift cards
  5. Items sold under “Clearance Sale” or “Final Sale”

Digikray reserves the right to update this list at any time without prior notice.

3. Return Approval Process

  1. Once a return request is submitted, Digikray’s quality team will review the case and may request photographic or video evidence to verify the issue.
  2. Digikray reserves the absolute right to approve or reject a return request after internal investigation.
  3. In case of approval, a pickup will be arranged through our logistics partner, or the buyer will be asked to self-ship the item (as directed).
  4. The product must be packed securely to prevent transit damage.
  5. If the product is found to be used, tampered with, or not matching the claim, the return will be rejected and no refund will be processed.

4. Refund Process

  1. Refunds are initiated only after successful verification of the returned product and confirmation from the seller and Digikray.
  2. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method or as Digikray Wallet credits, at the company’s discretion.
  3. Refunds generally take 10–15 business days after approval to reflect in your account.
  4. Shipping charges, COD fees, and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
  5. Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
  6. Product returned without all original parts or packaging.
  7. Delays or issues caused by third-party courier services.
  8. Product damaged after delivery or due to improper use.
  9. Orders canceled after shipment.

5. Exchange and Replacement

  1. If your return is approved, you may opt for a replacement (same item only) instead of a refund, if stock is available.
  2. Replacement requests are subject to verification, stock availability, and seller approval.
  3. In case the replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed as per Section 4 above.

6. Cancellations

  1. Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  2. Digikray reserves the right to cancel an order in case of:

If the company cancels an order, a full refund (if applicable) will be issued within 7 working days.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  1. In approved cases of defective or wrong delivery, Digikray will bear the return shipping costs.
  2. In all other cases (such as buyer’s remorse or incorrect address), the buyer will bear full shipping and handling charges.
  3. If self-shipping is required, buyers must share a valid courier receipt for reimbursement (if eligible).

8. Fraudulent or Abusive Claims

  1. Digikray actively monitors return patterns.
  2. If a user is found making repeated, false, or fraudulent return claims, their account may be suspended or permanently blacklisted without prior notice.
  3. Legal action may be initiated against fraudulent users under applicable laws.

9. Seller’s Responsibility

  1. Sellers must ensure accurate product descriptions, secure packaging, and timely delivery.
  2. Sellers are required to honor genuine return requests as per Digikray’s policies.
  3. If a seller disputes a return, Digikray’s decision after review will be final and binding.
  4. Digikray reserves the right to withhold or deduct payments to sellers in case of refund obligations, product disputes, or customer complaints.

10. Platform’s Rights and Liability

  1. Digikray is an intermediary platform and not the manufacturer of listed products.
  2. We do not provide any direct warranty or guarantee for the products sold.
  3. Digikray is not responsible for:
  4. Delivery delays due to courier or third-party services
  5. Product defects, damages, or loss beyond our control
  6. Miscommunication between buyer and seller
  7. The total liability of Digikray for any claim shall not exceed the transaction value of the specific order in question.

11. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes regarding returns or refunds:
