This Cancellation Policy outlines the rules, conditions, and limitations that apply when a customer, seller, or Digikray itself cancels an order.

By placing an order on Digikray, you acknowledge and agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Buyer-Initiated Order Cancellation

  1. Orders may be canceled by the buyer only before the order is dispatched or shipped from the seller’s warehouse.
  2. Once the order has been shipped or is out for delivery, no cancellation request will be accepted.
  3. To cancel an order before dispatch:
  4. Log in to your Digikray account.
  5. Go to My Orders → Cancel Order.
  6. Choose the reason for cancellation and confirm.
  7. If payment was made online (via UPI, debit/credit card, or wallet), the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days after successful cancellation verification.
  8. Cancellation requests for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will simply stop the delivery — no refund is applicable.
  9. Repeated or fraudulent cancellations may lead to account suspension or blacklisting on Digikray.

2. Seller-Initiated Cancellations

Sellers may cancel an order due to:

  1. Product out of stock or discontinued.
  2. Pricing or listing errors.
  3. Issues with customer address or contact information.
  4. Suspected fraudulent or risky orders.

If a seller cancels an order after it is confirmed, Digikray may take appropriate action, including temporary suspension or warning to ensure accountability.

Refunds for prepaid orders canceled by the seller will be initiated automatically within 7 working days.

3. Cancellation by Digikray

Digikray reserves the exclusive right to cancel any order under the following conditions:

  1. Technical or pricing errors on the platform.
  2. Payment fraud, suspicious activity, or multiple failed delivery attempts.
  3. Violation of platform terms, policies, or misuse of offers.
  4. Product or service unavailability due to unforeseen reasons.
  5. Any order not complying with Digikray’s internal verification or KYC process.

In such cases, Digikray may cancel the order without prior notice, and a full refund will be issued if payment was already received.

4. Refund Timelines

  1. Refunds for canceled orders will be initiated once the cancellation is successfully processed and verified.
  2. Refund method depends on the original payment mode:
  3. Online payments: Refunded to the same source (bank, UPI, wallet, etc.)
  4. COD orders: Refunds (if applicable) may be issued to the registered bank or wallet after verification.
  5. It may take 7–14 business days for the refunded amount to reflect, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
  6. Any transaction charges, gateway fees, or COD fees are non-refundable.

5. Post-Dispatch Cancellations

  1. Once an order has been dispatched or marked as shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  2. If you still refuse delivery or return the package without valid reason:
  3. The order will be treated as “Return to Origin” (RTO).
  4. You may be charged return shipping and handling fees.
  5. Repeated refusal of deliveries can lead to account suspension or restricted ordering privileges.

6. Cancellations for Customized or Perishable Items

Certain products cannot be canceled once the order is placed, including but not limited to:

  1. Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items.
  2. Perishable or consumable goods (e.g., food, beverages, flowers).
  3. Digital downloads or gift cards.

7. Order Modification Policy

  1. Once an order is placed, product details, address, or payment method cannot be modified.
  2. If you need to change your order, you must cancel and re-order before shipment, subject to availability.
  3. Digikray reserves full discretion to approve or reject any modification request.

8. Fraudulent Activities and Abuse

  1. Digikray monitors all user behavior for fraudulent or repetitive cancellations.
  2. Accounts found abusing offers, cashback systems, or repeatedly canceling prepaid orders may face:
  3. Order blocking or cancellation restriction
  4. Suspension or permanent ban from the platform
  5. Legal action for deliberate misuse or fraud

9. Force Majeure

In case of natural disasters, strikes, system failures, courier disruptions, or any event beyond Digikray’s control, orders may be delayed or canceled.

In such cases, the company is not liable for any losses, and refund eligibility will be subject to internal review.

10. Dispute Resolution

For any cancellation-related disputes or concerns:

  2. Digikray will review and respond within 7 working days.
