We value your trust and aim to provide a fair, transparent, and secure shopping experience. Since Digikray operates as a multi-vendor e-commerce platform, all returns and refunds are subject to verification and approval under the conditions defined below.
By placing an order on Digikray, you agree to the following terms.
1. General Return Policy
- All sales on Digikray are final, except in specific cases where a return or refund is allowed under this policy.
- Returns or replacements are accepted only if:
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The product was defective or damaged during delivery.
- The item received does not match the description (verified by Digikray).
- Requests for return or refund must be submitted within 3 days of delivery through your Digikray account or by contacting info@digikray.com.
- Requests made after the 3-day period will not be considered.
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoices included.
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following items cannot be returned or refunded due to safety, hygiene, or customization reasons:
- Innerwear, lingerie, cosmetics, or personal hygiene products
- Perishable or consumable goods (food, beverages, etc.)
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items
- Downloadable digital goods or e-gift cards
- Items sold during clearance or final sale
Digikray reserves the right to add or remove categories from this list at any time.
3. Return Approval Process
- Once you submit a return request, Digikray’s quality and verification team will review your case.
- You may be required to share photos or videos clearly showing the issue.
- Digikray reserves the right to approve or reject any return request based on internal investigation.
- If approved, Digikray will arrange for product pickup or provide return shipping instructions.
- The product must be securely packed. If found used, tampered, or inconsistent with your claim, the return will be rejected and the item returned to you at your cost.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are initiated only after successful product inspection and confirmation from both the seller and Digikray.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method or credited to your Digikray Wallet, at the company’s discretion.
- Approved refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect in your account.
- Delivery fees, COD charges, and payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be issued if:
- Products are returned without original packaging or accessories.
- Items are damaged due to customer misuse.
- Returns are requested beyond the allowed time limit.
- Orders are canceled after shipment or delivery attempt.
5. Exchange and Replacement
- Replacement requests can be made for the same item if available in stock.
- Exchanges will be processed only after verification of the returned item.
- If the replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed as per Section 4.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
- Digikray reserves the right to cancel any order in cases such as:
- Payment or technical issues
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Stock unavailability
- Incorrect product pricing or description
If Digikray cancels your order, a full refund will be processed within 7 working days.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is approved for reasons such as defective or incorrect delivery, Digikray will bear the shipping costs.
- In all other cases (e.g., buyer error, change of mind), the customer will bear all return shipping costs.
- If self-shipping is required, proof of courier receipt must be provided for any reimbursement eligibility.
8. Fraudulent or Abusive Returns
- Digikray monitors all return requests to prevent misuse.
- Users found making false, repeated, or fraudulent claims may face account suspension or permanent banning.
- Legal action may be taken under applicable laws for intentional fraud or abuse of the platform.
9. Seller Responsibilities
- Sellers must ensure accurate product details, proper packaging, and timely shipping.
- Sellers must honor genuine return requests approved by Digikray.
- Digikray reserves the right to withhold or deduct payments to sellers in cases involving product disputes or refund obligations.
- In the event of a dispute between buyer and seller, Digikray’s decision shall be final and binding.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Digikray acts solely as an intermediary platform and is not the manufacturer of products sold by third-party sellers.
- The Company is not responsible for:
- Product defects, performance, or warranties
- Delays or damages caused by courier partners
- Disputes between buyers and sellers
- The maximum liability of Digikray for any transaction shall not exceed the total order value paid by the customer.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute regarding returns or refunds:
