1. General Shipping Terms
- Digikray partners with trusted logistics and courier companies to deliver products across India.
- All orders are processed and shipped as per seller availability and courier serviceability at your location.
- Shipping timelines and charges may vary based on:
- Product type and seller location
- Delivery destination and pincode
- Mode of payment (COD or prepaid)
- Digikray reserves the right to update, delay, or modify delivery timelines due to operational or external factors.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, processing may take additional time for verification.
- Custom-made, bulk, or high-value orders may take longer to process.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time across most serviceable areas is 4–10 business days from dispatch.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on product category, seller warehouse location, and courier availability.
- Remote, rural, or unserviceable areas may take longer or may not be serviceable at all.
- Digikray does not guarantee specific delivery dates — all delivery timelines are estimated.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment.
- In some cases, free shipping may be offered as part of promotional campaigns.
- For COD orders, additional handling or service fees may apply.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of delivery failure caused by Digikray or its logistics partners.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A tracking number
- Courier name or link to track your shipment
- You can also track your order anytime by logging into your Digikray account → My Orders section.
- If tracking information is unavailable or delayed, please allow up to 48 hours for system updates before contacting support.
6. Multiple Shipments
- If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped from different sellers or warehouses.
- You may receive items in separate packages and on different dates.
- Delivery charges (if any) will be calculated per shipment, based on individual seller terms.
7. Failed or Missed Deliveries
- If you are unavailable during delivery, the courier will make up to 2 re-attempts.
- After multiple failed attempts, the package will be returned to the seller (“RTO”).
- In case of RTO:
- Prepaid order refunds will be issued after deduction of return shipping and handling charges.
- COD customers may be restricted from placing future COD orders.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a valid delivery address, contact number, and timely availability.
8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
- If you receive a package that appears tampered, opened, or damaged, do not accept delivery.
- Immediately inform info@digikray.com within 24 hours of attempted delivery.
- Once accepted, Digikray will not be responsible for physical damage or tampering claims.
9. Address Accuracy
- Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery details at checkout.
- Digikray is not responsible for failed deliveries or delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or untraceable addresses.
- Any re-shipment due to incorrect address input will be chargeable to the customer.
10. Delivery Delays
- Delivery timelines may be affected by:
- Courier delays or high-volume seasons
- Natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or transport restrictions
- Technical or system failures beyond Digikray’s control
- While Digikray will make all reasonable efforts to deliver on time, the company is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss caused by delivery delays.
11. International Shipping
Currently, Digikray ships only within India.
International orders and deliveries are not supported at this time.
12. Seller Responsibilities
- Sellers are responsible for:
- Proper packaging and labeling of products
- Dispatching orders within the approved processing window
- Coordinating with Digikray’s logistics partners for pickup and handover
- Digikray reserves the right to suspend or penalize sellers who repeatedly delay shipments or cause order cancellations.
13. Company Rights and Liabilities
- Digikray acts as a facilitator between buyers, sellers, and logistics partners.
- The company is not directly liable for product damage, delays, or losses caused during transit by third-party couriers.
- Digikray may, at its discretion, offer resolution support to affected users but is not obligated to compensate beyond the actual order value.
