- Delivery destination and serviceable pin code
- Selected payment method (prepaid or Cash on Delivery)
- The Company reserves the right to revise delivery timelines due to operational, logistical, or external factors.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require additional verification time.
- Customized, bulk, or high-value orders may take longer to process.
- Once dispatched, customers will receive shipment confirmation via email or SMS.

7. Failed or Missed Deliveries

- If delivery attempts fail, the order may be returned to the seller (Return to Origin – RTO).
- In case of RTO:
- Prepaid orders may be refunded after deducting return shipping and handling charges
- COD customers may face restrictions on future COD orders
- Customers are responsible for ensuring correct address details and availability at the delivery location.
8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
- If a package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, do not accept delivery.
- Report the issue to info@digikray.com within 24 hours of delivery attempt.
- Once delivery is accepted, Digikray Market Academy is not liable for physical damage or tampering claims.
9. Address Accuracy
- Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details at checkout.
- The Company is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Any re-shipment due to incorrect address information may be chargeable to the customer.
